Take Interstate 45 to Broadway. Do not take the ramp. U-turn under ramp to enter PreFlight.

What to Expect:

1) PreFlight HOU is a five level parking garage. You can enter the garage from either the Airport Blvd. or Broadway entrances. The only time you will be asked to present a reservation is when the "FULL" light is on. This garage usually only fills during Holidays. If you made a reservation and the "FULL" light is on, don't worry, we saved a space for you! Otherwise, pull a ticket from the ticket dispenser (do not lose this ticket) and depending on your choice of parking service use the following directions:
  Executive Valet ($13) - Pull directly to the valet stand on the ground floor next to the elevator lobby.
  Premium Covered Self Park ($8) - Follow "Self Park" signs to second level. Push red call button as you enter second level and park anywhere on second floor. Please wait at your vehicle as one of our shuttle buses will pick you and your luggage up right at your vehicle within five minutes. Be sure to get a red locator slip from the driver. The red locator slip will have your parking space identified and directions on where to get picked up upon your return.
  Self Serve Covered Self Park ($7.00) - Follow the "Self Park" signs to and park anywhere on floors three or four. Take the elevator down to the ground floor shuttle station where one of our shuttles depart for the airport every five minutes. Be sure to get a red locator slip from the driver. The red locator slip has directions on where to get picked up upon your return.
  Roof Top ($5.00) - Follow the "Self Park" signs to the roof level and park anywhere on the roof level. Take the elevator down to the ground floor shuttle station where one of our shuttles depart for the airport every five minutes. Be sure to get a red locator slip from the driver. The red locator slip has directions on where to get picked up upon your return.

2) Upon your return (we hope you had a great trip!) and after you have collected your luggage proceed to the lower level outer lane zone 9A. A PreFlight shuttle stops at zone 9A every five minutes. If you parked with valet please give your valet stub to the driver. If you parked on the second floor please give your red slip to the driver. If you parked on floors three, four, or rooftop you do not need to give anything to the driver simply exit the shuttle at the ground floor elevator lobby and take the elevator to your floor.

3) Once you have reached your vehicle follow the signs to the cashier exit located on the ground floor. Please have your ticket, payment, and any coupons ready. Thanks for parking with PreFlight.
